Since its inception in 1985, Morning Data has been a pioneer in delivering innovative software and service solutions for the global insurance industry. The company's data-first approach and comprehensive ecosystem of services has been key in supporting its diverse clientele.

Last month, we held a presentation for Morning Data clients, during which key executives including Kirstin Duffield, CEO of Morning Data, and Tim Rayner, CEO of Verisk Specialty Business Solutions, expressed their optimism about this partnership.

They highlighted the synergies between the two companies and the potential to deliver enhanced services and solutions to their clients.

Strengthening Verisk's Specialty Business Solutions Suite

Morning Data will be integrated into Verisk's Specialty Business Solutions, a robust suite of comprehensive management solutions. Richard Reggel, Chief Commercial Officer EMEA of Verisk Specialty Business Solutions, discussed the value of this integration.

He explained how Morning Data's capabilities would serve to enhance the existing suite of products and solutions, which includes Sequel Broking and the Whitespace digital trading platform.

Integration with Whitespace

A key benefit of this acquisition is the integration of Morning Data's NOVUS platform with Whitespace, Verisk's digital trading platform. This integration will enable a more efficient workflow for clients, improving the overall user experience.
